The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork.
Day unto day utters speech, And night unto night reveals knowledge.
There is no speech nor language Where their voice is not heard.
Their line has gone out through all the earth, And their words to the end of the world. In them He has set a tabernacle for the sun,
Which is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, And rejoices like a strong man to run its race.
Its rising is from one end of heaven, And its circuit to the other end; And there is nothing hidden from its heat.
The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul; The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple;
The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes;
The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever; The judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.
More to be desired are they than gold, Yea, than much fine gold; Sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
Moreover by them Your servant is warned, And in keeping them there is great reward.
Who can understand his errors? Cleanse me from secret faults.
Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; Let them not have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless, And I shall be innocent of great transgression.
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my strength and my Redeemer.
Въ коне́цъ, псало́мъ Дави́ду.
Небеса́ повѣ́даютъ сла́ву Бо́жiю, творе́нiе же руку́ Его́ возвѣща́етъ тве́рдь.
Де́нь дни́ отрыга́етъ глаго́лъ, и но́щь но́щи возвѣща́етъ ра́зумъ.
Не су́ть рѣ́чи, ниже́ словеса́, и́хже не слы́шатся гла́си и́хъ.
Во всю́ зе́млю изы́де вѣща́нiе и́хъ, и въ концы́ вселе́нныя глаго́лы и́хъ: въ со́лнцѣ положи́ селе́нiе свое́:
и то́й я́ко жени́хъ исходя́й от черто́га своего́, возра́дуется я́ко исполи́нъ тещи́ пу́ть.
От кра́я небесе́ исхо́дъ его́, и срѣ́тенiе его́ до кра́я небесе́: и нѣ́сть, и́же укры́ется теплоты́ его́.
Зако́нъ Госпо́день непоро́ченъ, обраща́яй ду́шы: свидѣ́телство Госпо́дне вѣ́рно, умудря́ющее младе́нцы.
Оправда́нiя Госпо́дня пра́ва, веселя́щая се́рдце: за́повѣдь Госпо́дня свѣтла́, просвѣща́ющая о́чи.
Стра́хъ Госпо́день чи́стъ, пребыва́яй въ вѣ́къ вѣ́ка: судьбы́ Госпо́дни и́стинны, оправда́нны вку́пѣ,
вожделѣ́нны па́че зла́та и ка́мене че́стна мно́га, и сла́ждшя па́че ме́да и со́та.
И́бо ра́бъ Тво́й храни́тъ я́: внегда́ сохрани́ти я́, воздая́нiе мно́го.
Грѣхопаде́нiя кто́ разумѣ́етъ? От та́йныхъ мои́хъ очи́сти мя́,
и от чужди́хъ пощади́ раба́ Твоего́: а́ще не облада́ютъ мно́ю, тогда́ непоро́ченъ бу́ду, и очи́щуся от грѣха́ вели́ка.
И бу́дутъ во благоволе́нiе словеса́ у́стъ мои́хъ, и поуче́нiе се́рдца моего́ предъ Тобо́ю вы́ну, Го́споди, помо́щниче мо́й и изба́вителю мо́й.

Славу Божию поведают небеса, и о деле рук Его вещает твердь;
день дню изливает молвь, ночь ночи являет весть,
нет глагола, нет речей, не слышно их голосов, –
по всей земле несется их вопль, до концов вселенной слово их. При них поставил Он для солнца шатер,
и выходит оно, как из чертога жених, радуется, как исполин, пробегая путь;
от края небес исход его, и шествие его до края их, и ничто не укрыто от жара его.
Закон Господень совершен, душу укрепляет он; свидетельства Господни тверды, умудряют они простецов;
веления Господни прямы, сердце они веселят; заповедь Господня светла, просвещает очи она;
страх Господень чист, пребывает вовек; приговоры Господни верны,
все праведны они; желаннее злата, чистейшей руды, слаще меда и влаги сот.
Ограждается ими раб Твой; за соблюдение их мзда велика.
Погрешности – кто же усмотрит их? От неприметного мне очисти меня!
И от соблазнов защити раба Твоего, да не одолеют они меня! Буду тогда я неискривлен и от великого греха чист.
Да будут угодны слова моих уст и шепоты сердца моего пред лицом Твоим, Господи, Оплот мой, Избавитель мой!

19:2 Caeli enarrant gloriam Dei, et opera manuum eius annuntiat firmamentum.
19:3 Dies diei eructat verbum, et nox nocti indicat scientiam.
19:4 Non sunt loquelae neque sermones, quorum non intellegantur voces:
19:5 in omnem terram exivit sonus eorum, et in fines orbis terrae verba eorum.
19:6 Soli posuit tabernaculum in eis, et ipse, tamquam sponsus procedens de thalamo suo, exsultavit ut gigas ad currendam viam.
19:7 A finibus caelorum egressio eius, et occursus eius usque ad fines eorum, nec est quod se abscondat a calore eius.
19:8 Lex Domini immaculata, reficiens animam, testimonium Domini fidele, sapientiam praestans parvulis.
19:9 Iustitiae Domini rectae, laetificantes corda, praeceptum Domini lucidum, illuminans oculos.
19:10 Timor Domini mundus, permanens in saeculum saeculi; iudicia Domini vera, iusta omnia simul,
19:11 desiderabilia super aurum et lapidem pretiosum multum, et dulciora super mel et favum stillantem.
19:12 Etenim servus tuus eruditur in eis; in custodiendis illis retributio multa.
19:13 Errores quis intellegit? Ab occultis munda me
19:14 et a superbia custodi servum tuum, ne dominetur mei, Tunc immaculatus ero et emundabor a delicto maximo.
19:15 Sint ut complaceant eloquia oris mei, et meditatio cordis mei in conspectu tuo. Domine, adiutor meus et redemptor meus.
