Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, You who lead Joseph like a flock; You who dwell between the cherubim, shine forth!

Before Ephraim, Benjamin, and Manasseh, Stir up Your strength, And come and save us!

Restore us, O God; Cause Your face to shine, And we shall be saved!

O LORD God of hosts, How long will You be angry Against the prayer of Your people?

You have fed them with the bread of tears, And given them tears to drink in great measure.

You have made us a strife to our neighbors, And our enemies laugh among themselves.

Restore us, O God of hosts; Cause Your face to shine, And we shall be saved!

You have brought a vine out of Egypt; You have cast out the nations, and planted it.

You prepared room for it, And caused it to take deep root, And it filled the land.

The hills were covered with its shadow, And the mighty cedars with its boughs.

She sent out her boughs to the Sea, And her branches to the River.

Why have You broken down her hedges, So that all who pass by the way pluck her fruit?

The boar out of the woods uproots it, And the wild beast of the field devours it.

Return, we beseech You, O God of hosts; Look down from heaven and see, And visit this vine

And the vineyard which Your right hand has planted, And the branch that You made strong for Yourself.

It is burned with fire, it is cut down; They perish at the rebuke of Your countenance.

Let Your hand be upon the man of Your right hand, Upon the son of man whom You made strong for Yourself.

Then we will not turn back from You; Revive us, and we will call upon Your name.

Restore us, O LORD God of hosts; Cause Your face to shine, And we shall be saved!

Въ коне́цъ, о измѣ́ншихся, свидѣ́нiе Аса́фу, псало́мъ 79.

Пасы́й Изра́иля вонми́: наставля́яй я́ко овча́ Ио́сифа, сѣдя́й на херуви́мѣхъ, яви́ся:

предъ Ефре́момъ и Венiами́номъ и Манассі́емъ воздви́гни си́лу Твою́, и прiиди́ во е́же спасти́ на́съ.

Бо́же, обрати́ ны, и просвѣти́ лице́ Твое́, и спасе́мся.

Го́споди Бо́же си́лъ, доко́лѣ гнѣ́ваешися на моли́тву ра́бъ Твои́хъ?

Напита́еши на́съ хлѣ́бомъ сле́знымъ, и напои́ши на́съ слеза́ми въ мѣ́ру.

Положи́лъ еси́ на́съ въ прерѣка́нiе сосѣ́домъ на́шымъ, и врази́ на́ши подражни́ша ны́.

Го́споди Бо́же си́лъ, обрати́ ны, и просвѣти́ лице́ Твое́, и спасе́мся.

Виногра́дъ изъ Еги́пта прене́слъ еси́: изгна́лъ еси́ язы́ки, и насади́лъ еси́ и́:

путесотвори́лъ еси́ предъ ни́мъ, и насади́лъ еси́ коре́нiя его́, и испо́лни зе́млю.

Покры́ го́ры сѣ́нь его́, и вѣ́твiя его́ ке́дры Бо́жiя:

простре́ ро́зги его́ {своя́} до мо́ря, и да́же до рѣ́къ отра́сли его́ {своя́}.

Вску́ю низложи́лъ еси́ опло́тъ его́, и объима́ютъ и́ вси́ мимоходя́щiи путе́мъ?

Озоба́ и́ ве́прь от дубра́вы, и уедине́нный ди́вiй пояде́ и́.

Бо́же си́лъ, обрати́ся у́бо, и при́зри съ небесе́ и ви́ждь, и посѣти́ виногра́дъ се́й:

и соверши́ и́, его́же насади́ десни́ца Твоя́, и на сы́на человѣ́ческаго, его́же укрепи́лъ еси́ Себѣ́.

Пожже́нъ огне́мъ и раско́панъ: от запреще́нiя лица́ Твоего́ поги́бнутъ.

Да бу́детъ рука́ Твоя́ на му́жа десни́цы Твоея́ и на сы́на человѣ́ческаго, его́же укрѣпи́лъ еси́ Себѣ́,

и не отсту́пимъ от Тебе́: оживи́ши ны́, и и́мя Твое́ призове́мъ.

Го́споди Бо́же си́лъ, обрати́ ны, и просвѣти́ лице́ Твое́, и спасе́мся.

Prête l'oreille, berger d'Israël, Toi qui conduis Joseph comme un troupeau! Parais dans ta splendeur, Toi qui es assis sur les chérubins!

^80:2 Devant Éphraïm, Benjamin et Manassé, réveille ta force, Et viens à notre secours!

^80:3 O Dieu, relève-nous! Fais briller ta face, et nous serons sauvés!

^80:4 Éternel, Dieu des armées! Jusques à quand t'irriteras-tu contre la prière de ton peuple?

^80:5 Tu les nourris d'un pain de larmes. Tu les abreuves de larmes à pleine mesure.

^80:6 Tu fais de nous un objet de discorde pour nos voisins, Et nos ennemis se raillent de nous.

^80:7 Dieu des armées, relève-nous! Fais briller ta face, et nous serons sauvés!

^80:8 Tu avais arraché de l'Égypte une vigne; Tu as chassé des nations, et tu l'as plantée.

^80:9 Tu as fait place devant elle: Elle a jeté des racines et rempli la terre;

^80:10 Les montagnes étaient couvertes de son ombre, Et ses rameaux étaient comme des cèdres de Dieu;

^80:11 Elle étendait ses branches jusqu'à la mer, Et ses rejetons jusqu'au fleuve.

^80:1 يَا رَاعِيَ إِسْرَائِيلَ، اصْغَ، يَا قَائِدَ يُوسُفَ كَالضَّأْنِ، يَا جَالِسًا عَلَى الْكَرُوبِيمِ أَشْرِقْ.

^80:2 قُدَّامَ أَفْرَايِمَ وَبِنْيَامِينَ وَمَنَسَّى أَيْقِظْ جَبَرُوتَكَ، وَهَلُمَّ لِخَلاَصِنَا.

^80:3 يَا اَللهُ أَرْجِعْنَا، وَأَنِرْ بِوَجْهِكَ فَنَخْلُصَ.

^80:4 يَا رَبُّ إِلهَ الْجُنُودِ، إِلَى مَتَى تُدَخِّنُ عَلَى صَلاَةِ شَعْبِكَ؟

^80:5 قَدْ أَطْعَمْتَهُمْ خُبْزَ الدُّمُوعِ، وَسَقَيْتَهُمُ الدُّمُوعَ بِالْكَيْلِ.

^80:6 جَعَلْتَنَا نِزَاعًا عِنْدَ جِيرَانِنَا، وَأَعْدَاؤُنَا يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ بَيْنَ أَنْفُسِهِمْ.

^80:7 يَا إِلهَ الْجُنُودِ أَرْجِعْنَا، وَأَنِرْ بِوَجْهِكَ فَنَخْلُصَ.

^80:8 كَرْمَةً مِنْ مِصْرَ نَقَلْتَ. طَرَدْتَ أُمَمًا وَغَرَسْتَهَا.

^80:9 هَيَّأْتَ قُدَّامَهَا فَأَصَّلَتْ أُصُولَهَا فَمَلأَتِ الأَرْضَ.

^80:10 غَطَّى الْجِبَالَ ظِلُّهَا، وَأَغْصَانُهَا أَرْزَ اللهِ.

^80:11 مَدَّتْ قُضْبَانَهَا إِلَى الْبَحْرِ، وَإِلَى النَّهْرِ فُرُوعَهَا.

^80:12 فَلِمَاذَا هَدَمْتَ جُدْرَانَهَا فَيَقْطِفَهَا كُلُّ عَابِرِي الطَّرِيقِ؟

^80:13 يُفْسِدُهَا الْخِنْزِيرُ مِنَ الْوَعْرِ، وَيَرْعَاهَا وَحْشُ الْبَرِّيَّةِ.

^80:14 يَا إِلهَ الْجُنُودِ، ارْجِعَنَّ. اطَّلِعْ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَانْظُرْ وَتَعَهَّدْ هذِهِ الْكَرْمَةَ،

^80:15 وَالْغَرْسَ الَّذِي غَرَسَتْهُ يَمِينُكَ، وَالابْنَ الَّذِي اخْتَرْتَهُ لِنَفْسِكَ.

^80:16 هِيَ مَحْرُوقَةٌ بِنَارٍ، مَقْطُوعَةٌ. مِنِ انْتِهَارِ وَجْهِكَ يَبِيدُونَ.

^80:17 لِتَكُنْ يَدُكَ عَلَى رَجُلِ يَمِينِكَ، وَعَلَى ابْنِ آدَمَ الَّذِي اخْتَرْتَهُ لِنَفْسِكَ،

^80:18 فَلاَ نَرْتَدَّ عَنْكَ. أَحْيِنَا فَنَدْعُوَ بِاسْمِكَ.

^80:19 يَا رَبُّ إِلهَ الْجُنُودِ، أَرْجِعْنَا. أَنِرْ بِوَجْهِكَ فَنَخْلُصَ.
