The fool has said in his heart, «There is no God.» They are corrupt, They have done abominable works, There is none who does good.
The LORD looks down from heaven upon the children of men, To see if there are any who understand, who seek God.
They have all turned aside, They have together become corrupt; There is none who does good, No, not one.
Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge, Who eat up my people as they eat bread, And do not call on the LORD?
There they are in great fear, For God is with the generation of the righteous.
You shame the counsel of the poor, But the LORD is his refuge.
Oh, that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion! When the LORD brings back the captivity of His people, Let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad.
Въ коне́цъ, псало́мъ Дави́ду.
Рече́ безу́менъ въ се́рдцы свое́мъ: нѣ́сть Бо́гъ. Растлѣ́ша и омерзи́шася въ начина́нiихъ: нѣ́сть творя́й благосты́ню.
Госпо́дь съ небесе́ прини́че на сы́ны человѣ́ческiя, ви́дѣти, а́ще е́сть разумѣва́яй, или́ взыска́яй Бо́га.
Вси́ уклони́шася, вку́пѣ неключи́ми бы́ша: нѣ́сть творя́й благосты́ню, нѣ́сть до еди́наго.
Ни ли́ уразумѣ́ютъ вси́ дѣ́лающiи беззако́нiе, снѣда́ющiи лю́ди моя́ въ снѣ́дь хлѣ́ба? Го́спода не призва́ша.
Та́мо убоя́шася стра́ха, идѣ́же не бѣ́ стра́хъ: я́ко Госпо́дь въ ро́дѣ пра́ведныхъ.
Совѣ́тъ ни́щаго посрами́сте: Госпо́дь же упова́нiе его́ е́сть.
Кто́ да́стъ от Сiо́на спасе́нiе Изра́илево? Внегда́ возврати́тъ Госпо́дь плѣне́нiе люді́й свои́хъ, возра́дуется Иа́ковъ, и возвесели́тся Изра́иль.

14:1 Magistro chori. David. Dixit insipiens in corde suo: «Non est Deus». Corrupti sunt et abominationes operati sunt; non est qui faciat bonum.
14:2 Dominus de caelo prospexit super filios hominum, ut videret si est intellegens aut requirens Deum.
14:3 Omnes declinaverunt, simul corrupti sunt; non est qui faciat bonum, non est usque ad unum.
14:4 Nonne scient omnes, qui operantur iniquitatem, qui devorant plebem meam sicut escam panis? Dominum non invocaverunt;
14:5 illic trepidaverunt timore, quoniam Deus cum generatione iusta est.
14:6 Vos consilium inopis confundetis, Dominus autem spes eius est.
14:7 Quis dabit ex Sion salutare Israel? Cum converterit Dominus captivitatem plebis suae, exsultabit Iacob, et laetabitur Israel.
